She specializes in the incorporation of new Mexican corporations, drafting and notarization of shareholders’ meetings minutes, certification of documents, ratification of commercial and business documents and contracts, drafting of business agreements, such as maquila agreements, distribution agreements, guaranties, and supply agreements among others.
