We assist domestic and foreign clients in all aspects of real estate, including the acquisition of properties, either through purchase and sale agreements or transfer of domain trusts, as well as the federal and local tax aspects involved in the acquisition and urbanization of real property.

Likewise, we offer advice in urban development matters and have participated in establishing subdivisions, mergers and the creation of condominium regimes for residential, commercial and industrial properties, among others.

As regards due diligence for the acquisition of real estate, we review various areas related to property ownership, lien searches, easements and limitations of domain, agrarian reviews and litigation, real estate taxation, public and private service agreements, municipal permits and licenses, agreements with authorities, and others.

We also have participated in a broad range of contracts involving the use of real estate, such as leases, sale/leasebacks, build to suit leases, surface rights, usufruct, easements and trusts. In addition, we have advised in construction contracts and work guarantees.

We have also been involved in property financing transactions, mortgages or other real estate guarantees.
