Patricio Orozco Loza

Juris Doctorate, graduated with honors, from the “Universidad de Guadalajara”. He is currently the Public Broker No. 23 for the State of Baja California.

He acts as Mexican counsel on international business transactions including, among others, the representation of leading International Banks to secure credits granted in Mexico and providing continued legal advise as Mexican counsel for the start up and operation of a number of Mexican Subsidiaries. Acting as Mexican counsel on the merger and acquisition of US entities and its Mexican subsidiaries.

He advises real estate and tourism developers on their legal, corporate and finance structure, from the acquisition due diligence of their properties, to various types of sale structure and financing arrangements with foreign Banks.

Patricio Orozco was a member of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie from the year 1999 to the year 2006. He left the firm to open the Public Broker Office when such license was granted by the Federal Government.
