Patricio Orozco Loza is a Mexican attorney specializing in commercial and corporate law. With more than 25 years of professional practice, he has developed substantial experience representing the interests of foreign entities doing business in Mexico.

An advisor in commercial transactions, including the implementation of legal strategies and instruments for granting guarantees, the setup and operation of subsidiary entities in Mexico, the legal and corporate structuring of real estate and tourism developments, property acquisition, as well as various types of financing structures.

Since 2006, he has served as the Public Broker (Corredor Público) 23 for Baja California.

His professional career includes seven years as an Associate Attorney at the global law firm Baker & McKenzie.

He graduated with honors as an Attorney from the Universidad de Guadalajara. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Valuation and a Postgraduate Degree in International Trade Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana de Abogados), Baja California Chapter. He is also a Member of the National College of Mexican Public Brokerage (Colegio Nacional de Correduría Pública Mexicana); the National Association of Corporate Attorneys (Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa); and the American Bar Association.
